Hows the Hubby, Brad?

1. Make sure your computer is connected by wire to the router

2. Open Internet Explorer

3. Type into the address bar 192.168.0.1 hit enter

login, the username is admin and the password password.

Then....

1. On the left-hand side, under Setup, click "Wireless Settings

2. Under "Security Options", WPA-PSK

3. Choose a Network Key - it can be anything you want

4. Hit Apply

Then when you try to connect wirelessly you will be prompted to enter the network key that you set in the router.
lol - also consider changing the ip range and admin password - as you can see - everyone knows
You can also use the MAC filter, so only the computer whose MAC filters you have authorised can use the router and turn SSID broadcast off
(Just a small niggle, because it gets mentioned a lot here:)

Turning off your SSID broadcasting, and blocking by MAC address are both possible. But neither does anything for security. Both are pointless.

Just do what the above says; change the admin password for the router, and then put on a WPA password.
