Can i delete a "what am i doing now " comment on facebook

Hi the other night i foolishly wrote a rather derogatory comment on what am i doing now on my facebook account. I now realise that this was crazy and in the cool light of day realise my drunken rantings were dumb. Is there anyway i can get the listing/posting removed? if the only way is to close my account will my listings still be visible? and can i rejoin?

click on the word profile at the top of the screen, scroll down until you find what you want to delete and click edit just to the right of it and select delete.

Oh the joys of drunken facebooking.... we've all done it :)

This is probably not the best place to discuss Fakebonk.

Perhaps a better idea would be to return to that site and grovel to the administrators or just close your account.

Why not, this is a question and answer site, if somebody has a question about facebook then why shouldn't they be able to ask it here?

A Guest - primarily it is a site for answers to questions which is why i used it to get an answer to my question.

yes there is a solution to your problem........ all you need to do is go to Home on facebook find the coment and there should be a feint blue cross on the right hand side. click it and it will say hide or i didnt do this click either and it will remove it off your facebook happy surfing
