counterfeit image on desktop

I bought a 2nd hand computer and on the desktop is an image saying that it isn't a genuine advantage microsoft version of windows.
Everything works fine but I'd like to remove this image?
any thoughts guys?

I am not so clever on these but the same thing happened to me and i was told it runs ok but you don't have important updates from Microsoft. But i am sure you will be told more from the tec guys in a while PS i bought my genuine on line from Microsoft.
