Have separate folders in my email for different documents. As my emails were getting full I wanted to transfer some documents from my email to my computer. I created a new folder calling it deliveries on my computer and saved the deliveries folder from my email to the deliveries folder on my computer. When I opened the deliveries folder on my computer it was empty! Help! Many Thanks.
I don't think anyone will be able to answer your question unless you provide details of which program you're using to read email or indeed whether it's web based!
