hidden files

Hi everyone. can you tell me how to find out if their are hidden files on my comp.

open my computer, click on the tools menu an select folder options, then click on the view tab and a little way down the list of options there is one for show hidden files and folder, put a tick in the box next to that and click ok.

Now any hidden (or system files) will be shown slightly faded out when you browse the drives

Be careful a lot of those files will be there for a reason so don't just start deleting them unless your sure you know it's safe to do so
