when your connection freezes and you do alt/ctrl/delete to unfreeze and then it asks do you want to send a report ,who do these reports get sent to ? and what if anything do they do with them ??

i imagined some geeky type of bloke in an office surrounded by monitors ,and every now and then he gets a message that says glenis' computer is playing up again !!!! isn't that the case then ?? :-)

Strangely enough no. :-)

It's the same with repoting email scams, they don't go anywhere but make you feel better thinking someone is looking at it.

also if your having to do an ctrl-alt-delete it's not your connection freezing, it's something on your computer crashing.

if it happens often then make a note of what the errors say and post back and we will look into getting to the bottom of the cause of your crashes.
