Keyboard problem

Hi I have just bought a web book and when I try to get the @ key up it comes up as'' for some reason the ' bit is ok on it though.

I think I remember a while ago somebody else asking this and as I remember the answer was that the keyboard is set up for american.

Can any of you confirm this and tell me how I remedy it.

Ye it's set to american. assuming it's a XP based net book and not a linux one then Goto control panel and regional options and change the keyboard to English (united kingdom)
