Connecting Xbox to internet using O2 broadband

Does anyone know if you can connect the Xbox 360 Elite to the net using wireless O2 USB modem, or if i can connect my modem to my laptop and wirelessly connect the xbox to the internet that way?
Any help would be great.

u need to get a wireless adapter for the xbox 360 xxxxxx

The conection speed will be low. You probably wont be able to play live games

dont see why the speed would be slow but you would need the 360 wireles bridge.

wireless connection is never going to be as good as a wired setup my xbox live setup is as follows:

internet into pc

25 metre ethernet cable from pc to router (pc downstairs, Xbox upstairs)

Then splits between my xbox and upstairs pc

thats how mine is setup.

or you can have just an ethernet cable of any size running from your internet pc to the xbox.
You just need to setup the LAN so it will give out internet through the ethernet port.
