blocking certain emails

hi,i've got windows mail on my pc and would like to block a certain company from sending me daily emails of which i have no interest in,I have added them to my add sender to blocked senders list but it still ends up in my junk email box which if i remember on my old pc i could stop them getting into there but on this one I just can't do it

Any genuine company sending you emails should have an option at the bottom of the email to give you a chance to unsubscribe.

Select this option and follow any instructions.

Once done you should stop getting emails.
