AVG will not open

Mp PC suddenly shut down, when i rebooted, my AVG security was not functioning. I tried to system restore a couple of timeS but it will not restore to those points. I uninstalled AVG then installed again, all components seem to work, but I can't open AVG to scan computer. I fear a virus. Thanks for any help.

Try to remove AVG with it's removal tool:

After that reinstall it again.
