Go to Tools > Internet Options
Click on the 'Advanced tab'
Click to remove the tick alongside 'Display a notification about every script error'. Click 'Apply'. Click 'OK'
Far better, use a decent browser. Nearly all of the 'regulars', here in the Technology section, gave up on Internet Explorer ages ago. Chrome has some fans but Firefox is still the most popular browser around here:

Stick with Firefox but, if you still want to try fixing IE try following the procedure I gave but actually put a tick into the box instead of removing it.
After clicking 'Apply' and 'OK', close Internet Explorer, restart your computer and go through the procedure again, to remove the tick. (I've no idea why that works. I just know that it sometimes does).
