Can I format my portable hard disk on my Desk top and then use it on my mi ni notebook becasue my notebook has not got a disk player and I need to format the mobile hard disk. Both the mini notebook and the desktop are on Microsoft X and I need to put it on Fats 32. The portable hard disk was for the notebook .

there is a problem in XP formatting a disc biggrt than 32Gb
