R4DS Problem

Hi all, Bought an R4Ds for my son. Loaded up all software as instructed. Downloaded a game, to the R4 and then tried it on the DS. The nintendo screen, quickly flashes loading and then a small red "menu" icon appears. Then nothing. Anyone got any ideas what the problem might be? The DS is working fine as ordinary games play on it. Thanks in advance

try re loading it we had the problem and it turned out that we stored it on the wrong part of the card.
