I have an HP 1280 deskjet which keeps turning its-self off during printing. Im trying to print on A3 matte paper but im only getting through about 1/4 of the page and then it turns off. Ive got the most current driver installed from the HP official site. Im also using the parallel port on the printer and not the usb if thats relevant. Its been doing this regularly and im wasting very good A3 Paper (pro grade) so its costing me lol. It worked untill i had to reformat my computer and reinstall windows XP.
