Thank you both for taking the time to answer my computer problem. Yes it is a desk top I have and as I get my broadband through a modem I have been told it is time that Wanadoo upgraded me to a wireless connection as the modem is now outdated. It is getting really bad and today has been the first time that I have got on line for a decent length of time. Thanks again. Marybank.
