Right click X

I have asked this question before, but with no response, hopefully, this time around, someone will be able to help.
I am on a Network. My pc was recently changed and I am now on XP. (Previously 2000 professional) When opening emails before, I used to get a red X and it told you to right click to display properly, now I get links all over the document instead. Any ideas how I change it to right click option please?

the red X signs shows that the mails are corrupted .

you configure the new mail account.so that the problem should occur.

try to scan all mails to the .pst file and the mails should open the correct format.

you are trying to open the mails in the other format.
