Does anyone know of websites where I can create personalised cartoons or free/cheap morphing of warping software. I have been tasked with 'sexing up' a boring day at a conference and I have pics of all staff members and want to do something funny with them. I have tried elfyourself.com but my computer needs a file which I have downloaded to no effect. ANY assistance gratefully received
