I want to send a photo of the street my friend and me grew up in She has lived in USA many years and I want to show her how much it has changed, but I just can't get a print of it Any ideas please.Step by step this idiot won't mind. Thanks in anticipation!! ps I have moved well away from the area so Google was a hope!
When you have the image you want on your screen, press PrtSc (top row of keyboard).
Open your Paint program, right click and click 'paste'.
Your image will appear, and you can save it in the usual way.
If you don't have a Paint program, use the one in Windows.
Start - all programs - accessories - paint
Thank you both,I've tried both methods everything goes ok right up to the "print" command and then nothing.I know that the printer is ok.This is what I was getting before I put my query.
If you press the print icon on google earth taskbar. You will get a box come up with print heading.Do not press the print button yet. First ensure that graphic of 3d view has a dot in the circle( not most recent search results)
now press the print button.I hope this works for you ,it does for me every time.Fingers crossed and best of luck.
Thank you baitress but I have solved the printer problem. If I don't clear the backlog of already printed items from the document listing it won't work(strange)But I have another problem the ink levels are not being shown, any ideas please?????
the ink levels would depend on what make of printer you have. I have an HP printer, inkjet F2180. the levels are shown in HP Solution Centre. Unfortunately I can't give an opinion on other makes.
