Cant sign in

When I try to sign in on eBay and QVC a message comes up "There is a problem with this website's security certificate" and advises not to continue as it may indicate an atempt to fool or intercept any data sent to the server.
I can sign in to these websites on another computer but not on this laptop. Help please.
