Can anyone help, the right hand side of my monitor has a yellow cast. It is as if I have a sheet of yellow gelatine covering the right hand side of the screen. It comes as soon as I switch on and the screen comes to life. The monitor is a Philips 17" TFT. I don't know whether it is the screen or the computer that is at fault, and although the monitor is under warranty I don't want to take it back to PC World if the problem is in the computer.I would appreciate any ideas that anyone might have.

magnets can cause this - do you have a speaker close to the screen?
