Battery charger cable

My cord plugs into my laptop, and it is very fragile where they connect. I have just replaced one (cost $50).

The reason there is so much stress on where it plugs into my computer is the angle of the cord, it turns where it plugs into the wall. Is there any kind of sleeve to modify the angle of stress.

The ideal way is the location of the wall plug coming straight into the computer, not with a bend as I use it in my favorite spot where I use my laptop.
