Laptop has slowed down.
My Laptop has suddenly slowed down, even when I'm typing, there is a delay in the letters being typed. Films are shown in slower motion and pages are taking longer to load.
I think this started happening when I installed an updated version of Adobe Flash, after being prompted to do so after Firefox updated. I've done a full virus scan, but nothing was found.
Any ideas, would a Defrag help?
Thanks
