Want to delete from Programs and re-install .....

what are the programs (in the control panel; add/delete programs) called that I need to delete ....

I have listed -
Windows Live Essential
Windows Live Sign-in Assistant
Windows Live Sync
Windows Live Update Tool

I have IE7 downloaded (having reversed download of IE8, which was a disaster to use)

My problem at moment is that from Windows Live Messenger ----> it tells me I have emails ----> I click on the emails and they do NOT open!!!! So, I am going to try and delete the re-install Windows Live Messenger to see if that solves problem!!

add/remove windows components (right hand side margin)

windows messenger is at the bottom of the list
