Organising photos my pc

Is there a way to show just the photos on my pc where a duplicate exists , either in the same or a different folder?
Ideally not just by file name alone.

Try Fast Duplicate File Finder which is a nice free program you can gett here. It works well and will flag all but the latest copy for deletion in it's results page.

I don't know if it will find them if the duplicates have been resized though, but you could play with it a bit to check.
