Until recently, when I had an e-mail in my box in Outlook Express, a picture of a small envelope would appear at the bottom of my screen.
This has now vanished and I wondered how to restore it?

Thanks for any guidance.

in Outlook 2007 you find the option in:
Tools - Options - E-mail Options - Advanced E-mail Options - "Show an
envelope icon in the notification area".
