external back up drive

I have just bought a "clickfree" back-up drive for my computer. In a way it was very easy to save all my files but there are still a few questions. I used to have a back-up drive which was very cumbersome. However, when I searched for my new back-up drive I had to start by clicking "start" etc. Eventually when the page appeared there were 2 back-up version - E drive and F drive. I backed up E drive, ignoring F drive. F drive was my previous drive which I now disconnected but it still showed up on my "back-up"drives.
Has anyone else got tis Clickfree back-up drive and can give me some advice.
