Is there a USB Boot CD for Fedora/Sugar

Hi,
Recently i have been testing the sugar desktop. i liked it and as a result installed it to USB however i want to show it to someone who's laptop does not support booting from USB so i was wondering if there was a CD that allowed you to boot fedora/sugar from USB like ubuntu's boot cd.
