I agrree with your brilliant answer x
is that Toshiba or the retailer?
oh dear....I've had my Toshiba Satellite about 4 years with no probs......I expect they're saying it's not fair wear and tear.....
i always train my staff to understand that if they upset one customer that customer will tell 25 people but if they treat the customer well the customer just goes away happy and doesn't think any more of it.
Well I used to, now we are all being made redundant they can upset who they like i don't give a monkeys anymore lol

It's Toshiba, when I bought it last Aug in england it had a international guarantee for a year and was supposedly able to take it to be mended anywhere. And they initially agreed and then they backed ouot, so I told them I was blackening their name all over the internet, watch out for my youtube!!

b**stards!!!
it is daft them refusing to fix two keys, and i'll tell you why, it is possible that you are going to have to go back because more keys are faulty, and that means the whole keyboard must be faulty, they should address this issue now before you make a formal complaint online to their customer service department. Keys fell off my laptop and it is a really cheap acer one, but they only fell off after 2 years for gawd sake!
netibiza......get Wossy to mention it on his show....he's great is Wossy....
i thought the keys slipped on and off?

if theyre broken the a spot of superglue under the button and sit it gently on the button.it should still work of.
or buy a secondhand keyboard, look on ebay it may be cheap and just slip the key soff and on.check with a techy tho for a most extensive and technically worded answer meaning almost the same thing.

??? did that help ??

whats the model of toshiba??
toshiba b**stard X432...

Thanks leggy but that's way too difficult for us over here, it was looked at by an independant technician and he said the whole keyboard should be replaced at the cost of 70 - 90.
