frozen ipod.

pretty much, i have a frozen ipod. i've tried re-setting it but it won't work as it is frozen on hold. tried plugging it into the computer, but nothing happens. HELP! what can i do to get it off hold and un-frozen?!

Have you accidentally moved the little switch on the top of the iPOD (which freezes the keyboard) ? I've done this a few times, very disconcerting it can be too!

When you 'reset' it -did it actually restart with the 'Apple' logo display?

This has happened to me many times. I have had to just leave it for a few days until the battery is pretty low and then re-charge it and it unfreezes.

hey, thankyou so much for your help everyone. seems to have just woken up and started working again after re-setting it lots of times. thank you anyway though, my ipod is back to life!!
