A new PC...
A friend needs a new PC... for the most basic of use: emailing, surfing and some piccy storage. He wants Wireless and a 17 or 19 inch budget flat screen.
I use Apple Macs so cannot advise him. Anyone got recommendations for cheap/budget PC set ups? Are there any particular brands he should avoid? He's been looking at Dell I think.
