I went to a supermarket today to print off a number of pictures. Unfortunately some (luckily not many!!) were chopped when printed on 6x4. It would appear that the shop computer will not accept that the width of the (landscape) picture can be anything less than 6 inches. So, what appears to happen is that to compensate for the wider width, the vertical part of the picture is chopped. What I am trying to say is that whilst the width is OK, heads are cut off! Is there anything that I can do on my PC to correct this, then save on a memory stick, or must I review every picture at the supermarket? Hope you understand this - not sure that I do!!

Go to File/Page setup of your software and adjust the photo to fit landscape & extend margins to fit.

If you're printing 4 x 6 you could fit two pictures on an A4 page. Pull your pictures onto Word thru 'Insert' and adjust photos & margins etc there to use max A4 photo paper.
