Microsoft Windows Notice

I have seen this new notice on my computer when I take off one website and put on another:
Data Execution-Microsoft Windows.
And then,to help protect your computer,windows has closed this programme,and then Internet Explorer needs to close,we are sorry for the inconvience,and then send error report.
This happens every time I go to a new webpage,I havn't got a virus or anything else I have checked what is going wrong with my computer.
