HP Printer

Help! Can anyone tell me where I find the toolbox icon for my printer. I am being instructed to click toolbox and then "calibrate device" because I have recently installed a new cartridge.. Have checked all the place I know of regarding my printer but am stuck!! I'm sure it should be so simple to find!! At moment print is uneven and random!

It's normally down by the clock (you may have to click the little arrow if it's there to show all items)

Yes there is a printer icon there but when I click it all it shows me is the status of the printer eg "printer ready" and a button to close and nothing else.

Double-click it.

Or you can also access it via Start/Programs/HP/<PrinterSeries>/<PrinterSeriesToolbox>

The bits in <> will change according to which particular type of HP printer you have

Afraid I don't get any either printer series or solution centres when I press start >HP>1000series. All I get is info for album printing and photos etc. There is a support website entry which I have tried but not yet found what I need.

Thanks for your help. Just today finally found HP toolbox. When printing a document I looked at preferences and noticed the next button said services. On clicking it Lo and behold there was the toolbox!!!
