e mail in outlook

is it possible to delete multiple e mails in outlook, I have to delete them one by one which is tedious.

Have you tried selecting one e-mail, hold down the control key and select the last e-mail that you want to delete, hopefully they will all be highlighted in between, then right click and select delete.

Holding down ctrl will select individual multiple items, holding down shift will let you select a range.
