Intel core i7 processer extreme addition

I wonder if any one can help me understand the specs of this new intell processer. .I do,nt see the address bus ..i see the speed....of the cpu,but what is the speed of the frontside bus,and i do,nt se the sizes of the l1 and l2 caches,it doesnt say if it has a l3 cache...the chip package is land grid array..ok familier,butbut what kind of sockets do it use and what are the newest features..Please help me out techies..
