Excel 2003

Everytime I open an Excel file, I receive a message stating 'There has been a problem accessing your registry. Please contact your system administrator'. After I have pressed OK I receive another message stating 'Failed to create Sage Application Driver'. By pressing OK, I can then access the file. Would appreciate any help with resolving the above problem. Thanks

looks like its conflicting with Sage software (tho Im not a real techie lol) do you need the sage programme too?
