NTI Backup 5 (BUN132 Error Messages)

Started to use NTI Backup a few months ago. Now with more time on my hands I looked deeper into product and looked at the REPORT produced. Have found 150+ BUN132 error messages ... CANNOT READ FILE... Most relate to Documents and Settings and some to Windows Sys Files.
Question 1. Should I be concerned re the large number of files?
Question 2. How do I ensure that All files are backed up so that no BUN132 messages are produced?
I maybe a bit naive when it comes to computers so any help on this matter would be much appreciated.

PS ... Product Ver 5.1.2.503 Standard Edition.
