Sending Digital Photos

For some reason my husband's laptop refuses to send digital phots.He has sent them many times before but now he keeps getting a message saying that the process was interrupted.Could somebody please give us an idea of what is wrong pleaee ?

Could it be he is running low on memory, or even his broadband supplier limits the amount he sends.

Has he tried to send one on it's own? If this works then slowly increase the numbers.

how big are the files?

make sure they are jpg and send as file rather than photo.
