I am having trouble using the above function on the BMW website on my Phillips X58 laptop. I have the latest version of Internet Explorer and Adobe Flash Player but when accessing the application it just freezes and I have to revert to tool manager to close the application. Strangely enough I can access this properly through my work PC which I would be surprised if it were any more up to date - any thoughts anyone - I dont get an error messge, the programme just freezes ? Thanks.
