Partition on netbook
Hi
I have recently bought an ex demo Samsung N110 netbook. The hard drive is partitioned into C and D drives. On the D drive are the two following MS Service pack set ups 1) 8c400782399122ac030e702e27 version 6.2.29.0 dated 15.05.2006 and 2) ee72d6d4a92fa0b358304fc0f version 6.3.3.0 dated 16.9.2006. I would prefer not to have the HD partitioned and would like advice on the following : Can I do away with the partition and revert to just the C drive, and if so, is there an easy way of doing this. Secondly, do I need to keep the service pack set ups as listed above. Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated.
TIA

There are ways you can create a win install disc & use that with an external dvd drive attached but for the space gained is it worth the hassel. Personally having the hdd partitioned is more benifical having the o/s on C & your data, & back ups on others.
