slow computer

could someone please tell me why my computer is so slow.i've defragged it,done everything i've been told to try,and it's still irritatingly slow.e.g,can't listen to songs or watch videos on u tube without it stop starting all the time.please help.

Have you installed anything new recently? Try task manager and see what is using the memory.

if you got cc cleaner use that to clear a lot of crap you occur, if you've done that and everything else failsm save your docs and pics music etc and do a reinstall the operating system your comp is running
this will get it running like new

Is it your computer that is slow or your internet connection? A slow internet connection will cause downstreamed videos to stop and start.

Pcguy (who seems to also go under the name dtrainer on other sites) is a spammer and is advertising his own site, he pops up on a lot of security sites claiming to be a happy user and always links to the same site
