Connecting vista to a sky sagem router

Hi, I have sky broadband with a sagem wireless router. I have 2 laptops running win xp and windows 7, I also have an iPhone all of which connect without any isses. However I have a vista desktop which will not remain connected. I have tried everything I can think of, setting the channel manually, taking off the security. It seems to be that I'll play with it for a while get otto connect but ten mins later the connection drops. U can still the router in the wireless connection menu but when tryingto connect just says unable. Any ideas!
