Is there any way to lessen the amount of colour if you are printing a colour picture? I use windows xp and a dell Dell Photo AIO Printer 924.

click start and then printers and faxes, right click on your printer and select properties, then click on the printint preferences button and have a look in all the tabs you have there, there should be some settings to either reduce the saturation or just to print in fast/draft mode.

Can't be any more precise as I don't know the driver properties layout for that printer.

Don't see any options for colour, cheers anyway.
Do you have a 'print quality' section in your print options? If so set it to 'fast' it will use less coloured ink that way.
any options to print in draft or fast mode?

that would achieve the same results
LOL snap :)
Chuck,we keep giving scarily similar answers to questions in different sections of AB.I'm getting quite worried now..lol
