My pc seizes up every time that I boot or reboot, and I get a frame of tables about processors, drives, discs, and devices.
At the bottom of this frame there is a message [Searching for Boot Record from IDE-0..OK]
The problem began when I was running WipeDrive which was stopped by a memory dump to disc. I believe that WipeDrive was about three minutes in when everything ground to a halt. I've tried firing up with my XP disc and a couple of startup floppies for W94 and W98,but everything is simply dead. I've even tried my vista disc from my laptop.
To add insult to injury, I can't find my sledge hammer anywhere!!
