starting again

i have an old dell inspiron 1300 laptop running windows xp ,i would like to clean it out of the last owners junk (photos,music,docs ect) and reset to factory settings ,i do not have copy of windows xp to reenstall ,so whats the best way to go about it ? cheers

press CTRL + F11 as soon as you turn the laptop on and it will take you to the recovery partition and you'll be able to restore it to factory condition.
