remove outlook express from computer
am a duffer when it comes to computers. I want to remove OE from my computer - have worked out how to save all my contacts by using the export thingie so that's no problem. can't work out how to remove all my saved emails from local folders. when I try the same route I get something like mapi ? can't do this - all the help info mentions microsoft outlook and microsoft exchange but I don't know what this means. thanks in advance - any help greatly appreciated. (think my computer is windows xp.)

Outlook (as opposed to Outlook Express) is the version of Outlook that come bundled with Microsoft Office (and has extra features).
Exchange is a product used when companies want to have a whole department using Outlook for emails, and can be ignored for your purposes.
