When I switch from one thing to another I hear a little `beep` and a window pops up stating that "A virus or unwanted programme wishes to......I forget the rest of it, but below it states HTML/CrytedGen and then I have several choices of what I should do. Delete, Ignore, etc, etc. This is by `Avira Anti Virus` my security programme. NOW.....Should I just keep clicking on Ignore or Delete? I just dunno!!!!

Once thats downloaded and running on ur comp, go back to google and type in, btjunkie, the search for Norton 2010. Is best anti-virus software avaliable, alternativley, you could choose to spend just under £30 and purchase it online, fully ligitimate copy, off a well known website, another tip, if you have 2 other mates who are willing to share the cost of the disc with you, works out at roughly £7 each, and is able to be installed on upto 3 computers. Let me know what you think of my post please as feedback is highly grateful.
Good luck with removing the virus.

northernmonkey you asked for feedback . so even though i am not the original poster i will give some . " no offence ment by this "
norton antivirus i personaly would debate the statement that its the best software available . i have used it in the past and had issues with its abilities " those problems could have been corrected since i used it but stil.
as for the legality of using an antivirus on 3 seperate pc's owned by three seperate users " that would depened on the end user agreement " but i would be supprised if it was totaly within the terms of service " however as i have not read the user agreement " t o s " then im unsure on this.
As for paying for software antivirus i debate that also as there some very good free antivirus software available online. as example i offer avast antivirus which is totaly free to home users and updates its virus definitions at least once in a 24 hours period
utorrent , i would where ever you gain that from, have it checked for viruses and other nasties. simply because a lot of torrent downloadables " in my experiance " are hacked software and some have inbuilt problems.
as i stated before i mean no offence by this , it is simply feedback as was requested.
as to the Origianl poster . there are many online virus checks that can be done , " nortons online virus checker " is one of many . these do tend to only point to the virus's and many will only fix if you buy there software , however it maybe an idea to do one of these before installing new software as some worm type viruses infect any new software as it is opened. therefore making even that software unstable.
hope this helps
