Hotmail trojan

I appear to have picked up a Trojan in my hotmail account. It started by sending a junk e-mail to every one in my contact list.Now I get over a hundred e-mails daily stating " Delivery notification status". I cannot remove this from my in box using Junk but have to use Delete. When I open the Delete folder, half of them show to have been opened.When I write a new e-mail the entry box already contains the text of a junk e-mail.
I have a Mac Mini running OSX. I've run virus software but it didn't detect anything. How can I get rid of the Trojan

I also have something like this but it seems to happen when people log on MSN and they have a message from me. Even though I don't log on...

I set one up as an experiment and got dozens of genuine emails and passwords within a few hours. Naturally, I did nothing with them apart from warn the user how stupid they had been.

Change your password and the messages will stop.
