toshiba bt port

since i reinstalled my os (xp pro) every time i start up my new hardware starts up looking to install bt toshiba port, i let install and things fine but every time i start up it looks for this again
any clues/
my bluetooth works fine with all my devices without the toshiba port
ive tried everything i know to stop this toshiba device.ive uninstalled it disabled it in hardware devices then on start up it install it again
