error message device not ready

upto last night cd rom or my E drive has been fine, now getting error message device not ready even though I have disc inserted, ant suggestions as to what caused this and remedy. Did insert audio disc and clicked on real player which caused system crash!

Maybe you should check to see if the Disc is damaged and try it another computer or CD-Drive. If the disc works in another computer their may be a problem with your CD-ROM drive. Try getting a CD-Cleaner and running it a few times to make sure that the laser lens is clean. If this doesn't work then you might want to contact the dealer you brought your computer from.
